“My philosophy centers on providing personalized aesthetics care which is tailored to each client’s individual needs & desires. My three main responsibilties are to first listen closely to your desires & concerns, or the reason(s), that lead you to visit Youthful Endeavors Medspa; Second, to educate you on the basic science behind the aging process or that relating to your specific condition/problem of concern; And third, to take the necessary amount of time to fully explain “your” best treatment option(s). This focus on education allows each client to choose their desired degree of correction, & ultimately, according to the amount of personal time and financial resources you wish to invest toward your aesthetic goals.

Hello, I’m Allyssa, Youthful Endeavors’ Lead Receptionist and Scheduler, as well as Dr Hetz’ Administrative Assistant. It’s my utmost goals each day to provide my absolute best customer service to each of our patients in person, on the phone, and/or through messaging through email, text messages, or FaceBook.
In early 2017, I relocated to Wisconsin from Boynton Beach Florida. In 2012, I graduated from Florida Atlantic University and obtained my Bachelors of Science Degree in Biological Sciences.
One of my highlights in my life was in November 2016 at Lambeau Field where my fiancé, Derek, proposed to me (GO PACK GO!). We also have a dog named Tucker and a cat named Princess.
I remain perpetually eager to learn more each week about Medical Aesthetics while also striving to be very helpful and professional as an Administrative Assistant to Dr. Hetz and the rest of our growing staff.
